- Usage Notes

If you use binary mode to FTP a BACKUP saveset, the file attributes will be mangled. This command procedure repairs the attributes of the file. An FTP using ASCII cannot be recovered. This procedure does not work on VAX/VMS versions 5.5 and prior because it uses the SET FILE/ATTRIBUTES command.
